Our Riesling grapes are from an organic vineyard in Potter Valley,
a small town in Mendocino County. The grapes benefit from this
cooler climate, which allows the graps to ripen evenly while
maintaining their acidity once mature. This wine offers alluring
aromas of apple blossom, sweet honey nectar and yellow peach. A
prominent core of minerality and acidity heighten the intensity of
the flavors without giving too much weight to the wine. A long,
delicious crisp finish maintains the brightness and freshness of
this delicious wine.
